Privacy Policy

AIVERIE is operated by INC64 LLC. This privacy policy explains how we handle data when you use our services.

Data We Collect

When you upload photos: image files, EXIF metadata (timestamp, GPS if available, device info), and any data you provide in forms. We compute SHA-256 hashes and create reports.

How We Use Data

To generate reports, create Object Passports, provide Evidence Scores, and enable verification. We do not sell your data. We minimize what we store and what we display publicly.

Data Retention

Raw images: 90 days default. Reports: 365 days default. Object Passports: persistent. Enterprise customers can configure retention periods.

Your Rights

Access your data, request deletion, withdraw consent (where applicable). Contact privacy@aiverie.com for data subject requests.

Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Tamper-evident audit logs. See security page for details.

Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
